We are expanding and this is for our LOCAL REQUIREMENTS!!! a) Qualifications: Must have experience in strategizing sourcing of specialized staffing (like Nursing or any other skilled profession) all over the Philippines. Must have management skills to study various systems of sourcing Nurses from hospitals, clinics, etc. from all over the Philippines starting from Manila region, nearby islands including submitting plans and regular reports on various campaigns. Must have the Right Attitude & Aptitude - An independent thinker who is a strong team-player and comfortable with multi-tasking, Must be a people's person comfortable with public speaking, interacting with candidates as well as clients. Experience in similar activity of HR Sourcing (may not be directly involved in sourcing Nurses) will be highly beneficial Basic experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, word and excel or comfort with technology will be highly beneficial. Experience as a nurse is not necessary but being a nurse who can handle the above job profile will be an added asset. b) Job Profile : Travel Philippines wide and if required also internationally using every possible network to source Nurses Strongly Market the opportunity provided to the nurses by Camox and convince them of signing up with Camox. Good interactive and negotiation skills. Conduct Job fairs where required Market thru social media, meeting heads of various Nursing Associations, meeting HR heads of Call centers (where Nurses are working), etc. Making plans with objectives - presenting to the Management such plans / ideas for successful recruitment of Nurses by creating an interest in the training of IELTS & German Language. Plan print materials like brochures, catalogs to be given to Mayors / Government Heads / Individual Nurses after discussing with the Management . Appoint sub agents / Partners in as many places to get the best possible result. Give orientation to nurses via skype and in person in office or on location like hospitals, etc. Manage communication with nurses from first point of contact through the whole process till deployment of nurse to destination country. Strong email communication with candidates, clients and management on all process, targets and reports. c) Attractive compensation and salary package awaits for qualified candidate.
